Duet Pilates in Los Angeles
A duet session is semi-private reformer Pilates for two people. Both clients work on reformers at the same time with Ashlee coaching both. 55 minutes, $100 total. Best option if you have a partner, friend, or training buddy who wants to train together.
How it works
Both clients arrive together and work in the same room on separate reformers. Ashlee moves between both and cues both. The session is not split down the middle. She programs it for both bodies and adjusts based on what she sees.
Duet sessions work best when both clients are at a similar level or have worked with Ashlee before. If one person is brand new, Ashlee will often suggest starting with a private session first.
Pricing
Duet sessions are $100 for the pair, split however you like. Private sessions are $85 per person. If you train solo more than once a week, the monthly membership is better value.
The studio is at 1641 Ellsmere Ave in Mid-City Los Angeles. Text Ashlee to book. Just mention it is a duet in your first message.
